The Church of St. Joseph is offering a family-based method for grades 1-5 as our faith formation program again this year. The goal of the faith formation program is to support parents in their role as primary educators of their children in the faith and unite families together around the Sunday Eucharist.
For children in grades 1 and 3-5, we will gather in the Great Room one Sunday each month from October-April, from 10-11am. This allows families to attend either the 9 or 11am Mass. At-home lessons will be provided to be completed each month with your family that will be reviewed at the monthly gatherings.
For 2nd grade children we will use sacramental materials with their parents, in addition to the parent meetings and parent/child meditations as a part of the 1st Sacraments preparation process. More information can be found on the First Sacrament page.
