Ongoing Health Education and Support
- Faithfully Fit Forever - Faithfully Fit Forever is a light exercise program that incorporates prayer with a workout. The program is for all adults but is of particular benefit to seniors who are interested in improving their balance. Exercise sessions are free and are held in the Great Room on Tuesday afternoons at 4 p.m. No reservations are required.
- Blood Pressure Checks - Blood Pressure Checks are offered monthly free of charge at Hospitality Sunday gatherings thanks to the generosity of many of our parishioners who have nursing backgrounds.
- Health Education Information and Resources - Please contact the Parish Nurse by phone or email if you have a health education question or would like to know about a health related resource in our community.
- Health and Wellness Fair - Each year the Health Ministry actively promotes and sponsors a Health and Wellness Fair. The Fair consists of numerous booths delivering health and wellness education, community referral organization information, hands on health activities and other unique parish ministry opportunities available at the parish.
