1. The existing Multipurpose Room in the Parish Center will be removed to accommodate the new addition while minimizing the impact on the parking by shifting the building west so that less parking lot is affected.

2. A new stand-alone meeting room is included in the plan in order to accommodate small group meeting space. This new meeting room has more square footage than the current Multipurpose Room, but will be smaller than one of the subdivided sections of the new Social Hall, meeting the needs of many smaller ministry groups.

3. A separate Nursery/Brides’ Room will be closer to the church with the main entrances into our facility to better serve the needs of our young families.

4. The Sacristy for priests will be moved closer to the Church.

5. The new Social Hall can be divided into smaller rooms when necessary, and both sides of the hall can be served by a central Kitchen.

6. The three Kindergarten Classrooms have hallway access to the playground, as well as, to the rest of the school building.

7. All the spaces included on this floor plan are larger than our existing spaces, i.e.: the new Social Hall’s square footage is larger than our current Social Hall. We gain space, accessibility and efficiency!

8. The elevator will be located in the junior high wing of the School, making all levels of the entire facility handicap accessible.

9. The two Preschool Classrooms will be located in the “back” section of what is now the west side of the Social Hall, with a separate entrance off of Seminole Avenue.
